Privacy policy

This is a plain-language description of how CedarCall Marketing ("we", "us") handles information. CedarCall Marketing is run by Kelly Russell.

The short version

• This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts.
• We only receive what you choose to email or tell us.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
• You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What this website collects

Nothing, from the pages themselves. The site does not ask you to type anything into a form, does not set cookies and does not load scripts or fonts from other companies.

Like any website, the company that hosts the site may keep routine technical server logs (for example, your IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use those logs to identify or follow you, and we don't add anything on top of them.

What we receive when you contact us

If you email us, call us, or use the "Email my scorecard request" button, we receive what you send: your email address, your name if you give it, your business name, your website or Google listing link, your city, and anything else you write. The button only opens a message in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Please don't send us personal information about your customers or anyone else. We don't need it.

How we use it

• To reply to you.
• To prepare and send the free scorecard you asked for.
• If you become a client, to do the work in your agreement and to send invoices and reports.

We won't add you to a marketing email list just because you contacted us. If you ask for tips or updates, every message will include our mailing address and an easy way to stop them.

Who else can see it

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your emails pass through our email provider and your own email provider, as all email does, and we use ordinary business tools (such as email and file storage) to do the work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use AI tools to help prepare drafts, scorecards and reports. We try to give them only the business information needed for the task.

How long we keep it

We keep scorecard requests and related emails only as long as we need them to help you, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records as long as the agreement and our business and tax obligations require.

Asking us to delete your information

To have us delete what we hold about you, or to see what we have, email kelly@cedarcallmarketing.com with the subject "Privacy request", or call 425-233-0389. We will confirm by email and act on your request within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may keep limited records that the law requires us to keep.

Unsubscribing

If you ever get a marketing email from us and don't want more, reply "unsubscribe" and we will stop emailing you.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
